The Carousel machine is a completely integrated system which includes all the necessary components for a fully functional dishroom.
The benefits of the system are: reduced handling of ware, elimination of rack handling, flexibility of design to cope with large volumes of ware, reduction of labor for non-peak demand.
STERO’s SCT-94SM Carousel Conveyor can be configured in oval, triangular, and rectangular shapes to conform to available space.
The system reduces labor costs as it requires fewer personnel to operate during low volume demand. Flexibility in design also allows space to serve the highest volume food service operations.
The following features are included:
- Conveyor System—allows for continuous operation.
- Power Scrapper—located on curve. Offers better separation between scrapping and washing operations.
- Fully Integrated System Includes—main washing section, dish-tables, running water scrap trough, disposal system, shelving, dish-racks and other equipment which, when specified, offers a complete dishroom system in a single machine.
Also available with optional waste systems such as disposers, re-circulating scrap accumulators and pulping systems.
